Hi, I'm Jeff — an IT Support Wizard working in healthcare technology. Most of my day is spent troubleshooting mysterious computer problems, fixing systems that decided today was the day to stop working, and helping people get their technology back on track.
I enjoy building computers, solving technical puzzles, and figuring out how systems work under the hood. When I'm not wrangling laptops or deploying tech, you'll probably find me building LEGO sets, traveling somewhere interesting, experimenting with tech projects, or occasionally proving that I do in fact know how to touch grass.
